    30 something and divorced, how about that :P Getting my fitness endurance back up is a lot harder than when I was younger. I am having a hard time coming to terms with the fact that I have to take it a bit slower than I once did. :)

    i know the feeling - i used to be able to run for 20 minutes now i can barely manage 5 minutes
