Im sorry!! I have that problem with alot of things lol,thats why i have started checking every label before i eat and if its a restraunt or god forbid a ::GULP:: fast food joint..i look it up on mfp on my android! as for the calories,just work them off lol if your craving was satisfied and you work it off alls good :)

My new favorite that i would have never imagined before counting clories is the kidz size flat out flat bread with peanut butter and strawberry,and then sprinkle some granola,(or special k crunched up) into it and roll lol...yum yum i like it for breakfast as well as a snack!!

I know from previous experience that they do go down.I personally like my tig ole bitties lol,but i know i will like be in a smaller size jean better,and being able to run and play with the kids is so much more important! Good luck with your weight loss,health gain!
