Hello! I'm not new but definitely could use a mentor to help me with eating more nutritious, clean foods! My goal is to lose body fat without giving up my long distance running. I'm currently on Stage 3 of NROL4W and will be starting P90X next week.

The important thing for you (IMO) would be to continue being supportive of what she has regardless. I say this only because if my SO came out and said he'd be excited if I got my boobs done, the first thing that would come out of my mouth is 'and what's wrong with them now???'. Or if he agreed with me that they were too…

I'm going to come out and say right now that when I reach my ideal BF%, I'm getting implants. I'm already a small B, and the way it's going with strength training and long distance running, I will probably go down even further to a small A.

Great transformation! Keep up the awesome work!

Also remember that you are doing a fast walk whereas people who do 10 minute miles run the entire thing. The first time I ran a mile (as an adult) was a little over a year ago and it took me 15 minutes. While that's considered slow, it was a huge win for me as I hadn't run a mile since I was a kid and I had just quit…

I'll start as I've been slacking in my running (but not overall exercise)! Goal: 120 miles for the month of October.

Awesome job on the cosplay - fellow nerd!

bump for later! Sounds delicious!

OMG you look fantastic! I also love the fashion show photo! Great job!

I'll join! From 11/1-11/8, I ran a total of 27 miles. 4-4.5 miles on a daily basis (except for my two rest days) and one 7 mile run on my long run day. Will be moving it up to 5 miles starting on Monday. Hoping to get 28-30 miles for next week.

Thank you for sharing! I've never been a fan of reality TV (anyone remember Bridalplasty???) but this just goes on to show just how poisonous it really is. The people on that show are bullied and made to believe their self worth is based on numbers on a scale. It's brainwashing.

Whenever someone tells me I'll look horribly when I'm 80 years old, I ask them how attractive they think they'll be at that age. Tattoos on people aren't as taboo as they were twenty years ago and are becoming more accepted into society. I work a professional job and I have yet to be asked to cover them up. This is…

I got the back of my right ankle done awhile back (across the tendons) and it was the most painful for me! I actually cried and stopped within the first 5 minutes. What's worse is that it wasn't my first tattoo and it was being done at the shop that I worked at, so my coworkers were completely embarassed with my behavior…

I think getting tattoos as a form of reward is an excellent idea. Great motivation to not only reach the weight but to maintain it as well! I am putting a hold on getting tattooed so that I can give more blood next year. Need to put a buffer on it otherwise I'll run out of room haha. I really want to get a portrait of my…

I lost count on the actual number of tattoos I have. My left arm is a quarter sleeve with the NYC skyline, Statue of Liberty pinup, Japanese rising sun, and portrait of a Japanese geisha. On my right arm is a Alphonse Mucha's La Primavere replica. On my chest, I have origami tsuru (or crane), on my right upper thigh, I…

"Obsessed is a term that the lazy use to describe the dedicated" - this is PERFECT!

Oh yes. Joyce's death definitely hit home for me as well. Also didn't think this would affect me but the future brother-in-law on Ugly Betty who gets shot was pretty moving to me, too. What was more depressing was that in that episode, the sister is in bed with her fiance with a wound on him and she's catering to him and…

I keep reading 'well one has to wonder if she has a nanny' or 'well one has to wonder if she spends 8 hours working out a day' or 'well on has to wonder _______' Are people really that lazy that they can't just google her and find that she has a site at mariakang.com where she's already posted the answers to these…

If you were anywhere in my vicinity, you'd win a glass of pinot to drink with me! Cheers! :drinker:

Same here. Red Wine = +1 White wine = -1 Sangria = +1 Doctor Who = YOU WIN I personally used to think it was too dry. My friend kept bringing it over though because she liked it, and so I started drinking it with her. Now I'm in LOVE with red wine. Probably to a disturbing point. I think I drink 2+ glasses a night. Wino…

Are you saying I'm not tasteful?!! Well then... Just kidding! We all have our opinions, although it sounds more like you are stating fact. I do agree that some may feel we (us tattooed folk) are 'crying for attention' but it's a bit sad that people feel prejudiced that way. It's literally judging someone based on their…

I'm more supportive of the idea for couples that have been together for awhile, so cheers to you! I used to work at a tattoo shop and too many irresponsible couples came in wanting their names across their necks and such. We do our best to steer them towards something a little less showy in case things go awry (great…

I'm sure it happens quite often. We only hear one side of the story and it's usually skewed to begin with. The title's called 'jealous and hot wife'. The OP's already insinuating right from the get-go that the wife is jealous and presumably hot. Without pics! :( I don't really consider myself self-righteous; just providing…
