A can of chunk tuna split over a couple of tortillas. Add some sliced onion, maybe some green pepper & tomato and the low calorie condiment of your choice. Pop it in the microwave for 90 seconds. High-protein, filling and just over 300 cal.

I had a problem getting it to start syncing as well. This worked for me: Go to settings/apps/application manager. Force stop, then click on storage and clear cache (don't clear data) from both Samsung Health and MFP. Open Samsung Health to restart it. Open MFP. Give it several seconds to sync. I found that it was too tempting to pour a second serving, so I don't keep any in the house at all. I switched to individually packaged instant oatmeal. Much easier to portion control.

Mix contents of one can tuna (packed in water) with 1/4 cup alfredo pasta sauce, add some chopped onion. Optional to add some pickle relish. Split the mixture and roll in two tortillas. Microwave until hot. 410 cal.
