Hello Friend I was excited to respond to your posting. We have similar goal. I weigh 227 today. My goal is to weigh under 200 pounds by Christmas. We can do it. Let's cheer each other on! I do not want to bring in the new year weighing over 200 pounds. I just renewal my weigh loss vows to myself.
