I almost always make a little burrito every morning. I mix it up a little, but it's usually a little brown rice, some black beans, sometimes a little egg, and a slice of cheese in a whole wheat tortilla. I love the guererro whole wheat tortillas. Microwave for a minute and its ready to go! If I'm pressed for time I'll wrap…

LOVE ground turkey! I do lots of things with it, but my two favorite are: Salsa Turkey: ~brown turkey as you would ground beef ~add a 32 oz jar of your favorite salsa (I use safeway select southwest) ~simmer until most of the liquid is abosorbed You can then use it on top of rice, or as a taco filling. I would love to join! My current weight is 156, and my goal for Feb is to get down to around 152-153. I usually do about 45 minutes of cardio at the gym everyday, plus walk for 20-40 mins. This month I'm going to try to add in some weight lifting and some Zumba classes. Yay!
