Is losing .5/week an unreasonable goal for me currently?
I'm not overweight but would like to lose another 15-20 lbs, I'm prepared for it to come off slowly and am giving myself all of next year to do it. I'm 5'5.5" and 141 currently, hoping to end up around 120-125. Is .5/ week a lot at this point with only that much to lose or is that a pretty reasonable expectation?

SL 5x5 & Cardio
So it seems he recommends only doing a half hour of cardio on lifting days, and not doing any on the other days. I really need help with canned beans..
The info on the back seems to be for the undrained weight, it says 100cal/130g, and there are 3.5 servings per can. Which is correct when un drained , but drained they weigh much less and thats how I eat them. Should I be draining, weighing the drained weight, then dividing by 3.5 to get a true serving gm size? How many exercise cals should I eat back?
My goal is set at 1200, so I want to eat back my exercise calories, but not more, I'd like to net as close to 1200 as I can, but I know the machines usually overestimate burn. I entered my weight/height, the elliptical says I burned 600cals, how many shiuld I eat back? 300?400?
