I always like to have rolled oats or luna bars around for breakfast, whole wheat tortillas, black beans, salsa and cheese for quick lunch burritos, and rice, chicken and frozen veggie blends for dinners. What are your go to quick/easy/healthy/favorite foods? What items do you always like to keep on hand in your house? Thanks!! :)

Things I get every trip: chicken, tilapia (spelling?), low sodium sandwich meat (usually turkey), SmartBeat Lactose Free sliced cheese, brown/wild rice, carrots, spinach, broccoli, potatoes, eggs, skim milk, yogurt, frozen dinners for lunch, whole wheat bread, cauliflower, tomatoes, apples, bananas, grapes, strawberries, other fruits and veggies based on season (I'm a broke graduate student so I have a tight budget and only buy what is in season).

Depending on household needs: coffee, tea, green tea, Splenda, LOTS of spices
