A few years ago I saw the play version in Auckland. It was awesome. The whole theater did the Time Warp!

Well who doesn't like that chick

Way to go! I love my fitbit and really helps me stay motivated on my lazy/off days from work! Keep up the great work!

Make sure you do everything you Physical Therapist tells you to. I've seen enough people who don't and either hurt themselves or undo their surgery. Just keep track of your calories and maybe adjust your setting on MFP until you are back to normal exercise

I'd tell him to jog on. At the very least he is too clingy...hopefully not worse :noway:

Sounds a bit like you might have a bit of scapular instability (not the worst thing in the world and generally fixed with some exersices.) and possible a tight thoracic spine. I would do reach and roll here is an awesome link http://vimeo.com/37392139

I personally do not wear one and never really thought that I should. I do spot check my HR occasionally when on the treadmill. They are supposed to track calories better but I'm not sure. I'm good with the estimates I get from here and my Fitbit.

I am a seller of advocare and I am not sold on the "weight loss" line. I think it's a load of crap. I do like their rehydrate (gatorade with less sugar) and spark (energy drink...mostly b vitamins and caffeine). I wouldn't waste my money on the 24 day challenge.

Definitely not a steroid. The only side effect I can think of is an increased risk of dehydration. Easy enough to fix...drink more water

It's fine to drink. Just remember alcohol has 7 kcals/gram. 80 proof Vodka is about 97 kcal per shot (roughly). Just drink wisely :drinker:

Does the tough mudder count as a half? (I know it's only about 12 miles but still)

Back that up with hard science and peer reviewed articles and I would consider it. To quote one of my favorite shows "...I'm thinking you weren't burdened with an overabundance of schooling. So why don't we just ignore each other till we go away?"

I love my fitbit ultra (no longer available replaced by the 1). It's fantastic and really helps keep my motivated. The only downside to the ultra (which they fixed with the 1) is that there is no bluetooth connectivity and it is not water resistant.. It's a minor inconvenience having to plug and unplug a usb docking…

It sounds like you are hitting a bit of a plateau. It also sounds like you are swapping fat for muscle. You might be able to lose a bit more weight if you increased your cardio intensity. If you keep at the same pace with everything you will be able to keep of those pesky pounds. hope that helps!
-
What is your cardio intensity/routine and weight routing. Without knowing too much you could also be gaining muscle mass (lean body mass) while losing body fat at the same time.

First of all the trainer is an idiot. You can't lose weight in a specific area unless you get it sucked out. The reason you'd lose weight/inches in those areas is because of atrophy (muscles decreases from lack of stress). And it wouldn't necessarily cause you to lose the wide hips this could be more to do with your…
