I am also not a vegetarian, but I just don't eat much meat. I would suggest Quinoa (which is a seed that you can cook up like cous cous - it is fairly flavorless, so will take on the flavor of whatever you cook it with - there are tons of recipes out there - if you throw in some nuts, that will also provide extra protein.)…
