Well done everyone, but especially to those establishing a running/walking routine. Finally got out for a run this am, after a mad week at work. So glad to have a week off. I'm aiming to run 3 or 4 times next week. :# I can't get my ticker to work :'( . I've done 17.1km, 22.9km to go!

I always eat back at least some, and have still been losing. I must admit to exercising sometimes so that I've more calories to eat. However, go by how you feel. Sometimes you'll need to, and other times not so much!

As a newbie I'm finding it hard to keep up with the conversations! Lots of interesting points though. @ka97 if you are in intimidated, imagine me with my tiny target?! Anyhow, easy run with the kids, combo of paths and trails was a nice change.

I've been cutting up lots of carrots, cucumber, celery and sweet pepper, sticking it in the fridge, so that I have a suitable snack ready. Another good, albeit not exciting one is cottage cheese with apples and walnuts in. I suppose kind of like a Waldorf salad!
