Hi all, I’d like to be added for accountability please! I’ve 10lbs to lose but would like to lose 15 really to be comfortable in my wardrobe again. Currently I’m working on logging routinely and increasing my activity. Next step will be staying under target most days.

Agree with distraction, especially exercise as a way to help one make better choices and the idea of balance. Clearly a tough time for you, so don’t beat yourself up too much. Maybe try doing some body weight exercises when you get the feeling to make poorer choices. At worse, you’ll have worked off some of what you ingest!

I love dance fitness. I currently do a fitsteps class at the gym, and wish that I could get there more often to be honest! I bought the fitsteps dvd and enjoyed it, but l really enjoy learning the choreography in class, the driving of the teacher and the conversation with fellow dancers.

I think that being committed allows you to rewire you brain, changing your relationship with food. Agree re lower calorie options. I drink a lot of gin and slimline tonic. I also limit how many posh coffees I drink. Cup morning and Eve with sugar at the most. Black coffee, peppermint tea or water are my daily choices. Good luck!

I'm in the UK. I have a love/hate relationship with embarrassing bodies. However, let me be clear, I don't understand why people go on that show. We have the nhs! lol Ps everyone with the dr title doesn't deserve the title, or have any sense!
