    How do you all deal with stress and stop yourself overeating or drinking wine as a result. In Singapore and worried about the corona virus so just had a couple of glasses of rose and some crisps 😕. I need some ideas

    I must admit this is a struggle for me too. Whenever I have a hard day at work I immediateIy feel like eating everything under the sun! I have found that the only thing that stops me is to be really aware of the habit. I have to recognise that I want to scoff and focus on something else. Have a bath, go to the gym or for a walk. However, there's no harm in allowing yourself a little treat every now and again. Don't deprive yourself completely x

    Agree with distraction, especially exercise as a way to help one make better choices and the idea of balance. Clearly a tough time for you, so don’t beat yourself up too much. Maybe try doing some body weight exercises when you get the feeling to make poorer choices. At worse, you’ll have worked off some of what you ingest!

    How is everyone this week?

    SW 86kg (early October ’19)

    6/1/20 - 80.4kg
    13/1/20 - 80.7kg
    20/1/20 - 78.6kg
    25/1/20 - 78.0kg (Saturday weigh in as I was on holiday on Monday)
    3/2/30 - 78.6kg (got off a 4.5 hour flight back from the canaries at 8pm last night so vaguely hopeful there's some water retention in there)
    10/2/20 - 77.1kg (I was right about the water retention...)
    17/2/20 -76.1kg

    GW – no idea at the moment. Aiming for 75kg (just under 25 BMI) initially then seeing how I feel.

    I lost a bit more than intended/expected this week! I'm now at 25.1 BMI and almost at my initial target so expecting to lose less but I've been playing round with eating more protein and it does seem to have kept me fuller and undershooting my calorie goal a bit.

    I think there is more than 1kg left to lose, but I'm not going to put a number on it just yet - just keep eating at a small deficit and see where I end up.

    Only 1lb off this week but considering my huge lunch yesterday I'm pretty happy. All going in the right direction 😊

    I've gone up this week :( not a huge amount but still it's a bit of a downer.

    I've been away for a week and then ill for a few days, so I've not been working out and eating has been all over the place and I've definitely not been logging. So I'm pleasantly surprised I haven't gained!

    The past 2 weeks I’ve lost 1lb, gained 4lb and lost all 4lb again now so still only a pound down 🤷🏻‍♀️

    No changes here .. I gained 5lb and lost it all again this week, still just 1lb down this week.

    Doc said it’s because of the 3 lots of steroids I’m on and thyroid is under active again 😜 No excuses I can still lose this 👍

    Pleased with the loss as I had 2 dinner parties this weekend and didn’t really track well over the wkd as a result

    Only a tiny loss but still in the right direction so I’m happy with that. Now to make decent choices during my holiday 😬
