  • Well all that exercise paid off ๐Ÿ˜Š 3lb off, 1.5 stone milestone met, size 12 jeans back on ๐Ÿ˜

  • Back up to 138lbs today, which is basically my starting weight ๐Ÿ˜ฃ I've been away for the weekend so expected a little gain but this is annoying.

    Can't have actually gained 3lbs in a week though so I will weigh again in a few days!

    My weight fluctuates like this during the week too and it is frustrating. I can't resist weighing myself daily but only record it once a week so that I can see a clear picture. As you said your weight is going down which is the main thing ๐Ÿ˜Š well done x

    I also weigh daily but only put my Monday weight here which is part of the reason I'm fairly confident about saying if weight gain is bloating. Speaking of which, I'll just go and find my last post to add this week's number...

    13/1/20 - 80.7kg
    20/1/20 - 78.6kg
    25/1/20 - 78.0kg (Saturday weigh in as I was on holiday on Monday)
    3/2/30 - 78.6kg (got off a 4.5 hour flight back from the canaries at 8pm last night so vaguely hopeful there's some water retention in there)
    10/2/20 - 77.1kg (I was right about the water retention...)
    17/2/20 -76.1kg
    24/2/20 - 76.9kg (suspected bloating)
    2/3/20 - 75.4kg

    My original goal was 80 kg, then 75. I think I'm going to lower it a little more, although I've now hit a big milestone of a sub-25 BMI :)

    Stayed the same this week but considering my gym sessions were non-existent and I spent all of Friday and Saturday scoffing my face in London I'm not too disappointed! Back to it properly this week ๐Ÿ˜Š

    This was a real shock as I've been eating over my recommended calories this week - not by much but nearly every day. Seems I lose more if I eat around 1500cals a day than 1200cals. (Fine by me! :smiley: )

    Thank you. I realise it's gone a bit quiet in recent weeks but I still find it helps me to 'weigh in' and see other people's success. I went completely off the rails yesterday after all the government announcements. Determined to get back on it as of today and not let my emotions ruin my progress!

    I need to eat a bit more this week I think but I was struggling to get food at the shop we usually shop at and trying to eat a bit less to preserve what we already had in the house. I'm hearing that the situation isn't too bad at the big Sainsbury's now so might head there later to stock up for the week.
