So my starting weight is 145lbs

Well all that exercise paid off π 3lb off, 1.5 stone milestone met, size 12 jeans back on π
I'm away for the next 2 weekends so glad to have built up a bit off a buffer! π

25/1/20 - 78.0kg (Saturday weigh in as I was on holiday on Monday)
3/2/30 - 78.6kg (got off a 4.5 hour flight back from the canaries at 8pm last night so vaguely hopeful there's some water retention in there)
10/2/20 - 77.1kg (I was right about the water retention...)
17/2/20 -76.1kg
24/2/20 - 76.9kg
There's some hormonal water retention going on I think, but last week I was concerned about dropping too quickly so I can't complain about stabilising a little! I also ate out a bit more this week which probably also had an impact.1 -
Back up to 138lbs today, which is basically my starting weight π£ I've been away for the weekend so expected a little gain but this is annoying.
Can't have actually gained 3lbs in a week though so I will weigh again in a few days!0 -

My weight fluctuates like this during the week too and it is frustrating. I can't resist weighing myself daily but only record it once a week so that I can see a clear picture. As you said your weight is going down which is the main thing π well done x0 -
1lb off this week. Not bad considering I was away all weekend π

My original goal was 80 kg, then 75. I think I'm going to lower it a little more, although I've now hit a big milestone of a sub-25 BMI1 -
