Felt like I was constantly hungry this week, kept snacking, so relieved haven't gone back up! Slow and steady...

The past 2 weeks I’ve lost 1lb, gained 4lb and lost all 4lb again now so still only a pound down 🤷🏻♀️1 -

Weighed in today and so close to hitting in to the 13 stone bracket, weighed in at 14st and 3/4 lb, hoping to hit 13 stone something next week !
