When I first started on my journey, I was just touching 11stone. I am also about 5'5/6. I found that 1200 cals was too little for me, so I changed to about 1400cals. Also not far from my goal, but stalling a bit too! Not being consistent with eating or exercise either, but adamant to get back into it. Have an open diary and also looking for support/inspiration. Please friend me if you are interested.

I currently use endomondo for runs or cycling, but mfp for yoga etc. I only eat back calories if I'm hungry, or only some of them. I'm finding that this works well, and I've made good progress with my fitness and weight, especially when I'm eating properly! Any app that uses your hrm and/or weight will be better than…

Totally sympathise. I try to exercise even if I feel tired, once the kids are in bed, or get up early instead. I find it reduces stress as i do something for me, and get some peace!

If you friend me, I'd be happy to have a look ????. I found that when my calories were less than 1000 my body held onto excess weight as I believe that the body retains fat as you have put your body into starvation mode. Finding my journey easier and more enjoyable for eating more!

I sometimes find it hard to meet protein goals too. Finding that including nuts , usual meat and cheese to get protein. Find it easier to fit in the calories on days i exercise though!

Was difficult as we had guests and then went away over the hols. Resulted on me gaining :(, but I'm trying hard to eat regular and healthy again! Best thing about being back at work is that it gets my eating in better order!

I love my nano and nike plus. I ran with it and my phone running app to calibrate it (did this a few times). Really like that ithelps me with my pace too.
