I tend to stick to my programme as set by MFP. I dont eat my excercise cals back. I lost 55lbs to date,, so its working for me not to eat them back, but everyone is different:happy:

Im nearly there too! 12Lbs to go to get to my ideal weight. Problem is.... I to keep getting complacent and start putting the odd pound or two back on.

"RUNKEEPER" is brilliant. It tracks everything you do by satelite. Ideal when walking as it tells you everything you need to know such as distance and average speed. You can set yourself distance goals and try to improve week on week

Hi. It is a long daunting thing when you first start out! But a few months down the line it starts to pay off. I have lost 70Lbs since last September. You are in a good place here, always lots of support.

I walk my dog too! I try to do around 5 miles a day, and keep to a 3.5mph pace. Its my biggest way that I have got my weight down. Works for me. I also use Runkeeper on my phone whilst walking as it tracks everything you do.

Hi. I to am enjoying using this site, and my weight loss is going well. I use it along with Runkeeper. The two work well together.

Hi, I was the same. Now I track all my food and exercise, Im loosing the weight really well now, and my BMI is coming down.

I try to walk at least 5 miles a day at 4 mph. This really racks up the calories and only takes about 1h 15m. Also, cycling is good where I live because its very hilly. I use an app on my Iphone called "Runkeeper". It tracks your movements by satelite and is very accurate. Its also available on Android.:smile:

I just drink Coffee all day....! Im sure it cannot be good for me, but it does stop me from feeling hungry.

1200 calories is not alot, but its the same daily goal as me. I find that eating little & often during the day tends to stop me from feeling to hungry in the evening.

I have the same problem with my Wii. It is very unreliable. I to am not sure of how much I actually weigh...!

I am on 1240 calories a day. If I am getting close to my total I go and excersise like mad so I stay under the 1240. I keep getting messages that I am not taking enough calories. But like you I dont want to put on the weight again. Some days I dont even have 1000 cals, and if I do its usually made up of coffee, and more…
