I am new to this site trying to maintain my weight. Around 2 years ago I was at my heaviest weight at 245lbs and a tight 38 waist. My blood pressure and cholesterol were borderline. I was very frustrated feeling the fat hanging over my belt. My coworkers and I decided to start P90X and diet with healthy organic foods. Now I am 175lbs and 32 waist and still eating healthy organic foods and exercise at least 4 days a week. The problem I have is that when I lose the weight, I tend to gain it back in a couple of years. Thank you for taking the time reading my post.
