I lost 6lbs in 3 weeks, so since the challenge started I lost approx 2lbs :)

I excercise with Mel B, every day, Sat and Sun walk. She has different workouts each approx 10min, you can mix whatever you like! :) Seeing results already.

Hey, I'm excerising with Mel B. She's has great workouts for each part of the body. 50min and full workout done! It's not easy at first, but with time you want mooore ;) I was told that 30min per workout at least 3times a week is enough to support diet and lose weight quicker than dieting alone.
