Mine increased when I started eating healthier and exercising, those two things made me sleep better which made me less tired. However you do have more on your plate than me.

Agree with the above, but also, have you cut calories a lot. If I don't get enough calories for several days straight, I am exhausted

I'm 5'10 and have hips and thighs. I was just so round before :)

In the beginning losing seemed easy for me also, as I got closer to my goal it was near impossible and frustrated me to no end. Then I focused on training for a triathlon, was working out more and eating more with no problems. The difficult part for me was when I had completed my triathlon and had to go back to eating…

I lost over 100# and rewarded myself every 25#. Yes, feeling better about myself and getting healthier was a huge rewards, but it was nice to buy myself some things. 1st 25# was some new gym clothes, 50# new gym shoes, 75# was a much needed massage and 100# was a new BBQ grill. Then it got really hard to lose weight and I…

Jeans are tough for me too, my thighs are the problem area now. Low rise and I don't get along, I always feel like they are falling down :)

I am lucky that most of my friends have been of this variety! Love them. My two best friends expected my Monday weigh in reports to cheer me on and keep me going if they weren't good. The people that were not so supportive were the acquaintances

I agree with this, you just have to do it, make it part of your routine. I miss working out when I don't go, but it has been a 5-6 day habit for the last 6 years.

I was almost at Maintenance, then I became one of the 95% we are discussing and now working it back off. I know exactly when I started gaining the weight back. When I got close to my goal, I decide to do a triathlon. I kept up with my weight lifting and gym workouts, but added in more swimming, biking and walking/running…

Ditto on this...especially the work out to free up calories and no, not sorry either :)

agree with the Bret Contreras people. I have never had a butt, still not anything to brag about, but it has gotten better. Weighted hip thrusters are my go to favorite exercise right now

I was like this for a short time as I got close to my goal weight, now I could live in workout clothes and be completely happy :) This is still a change, I would never have been caught dead in spandex or sleeveless shirts, now I am fine with it.

I started with a personal trainer and lost over 100 pounds. He worked with me on my nutrition and exercise. For the first year, I met with him once a week. For the first 6 months or so, we started the session with him looking at my diet and we tweaked it where needed. Then we would work out, he would give me a plan for the…

Agree with this also. I wish I could get myself back to being so dedicated and "on" all the time. It was a lot easier for me then. I think the excitement of seeing the scale move every week made it easier

I didn't even track this weekend, it was a fun weekend and I am back on track today. It will all be fine.

This makes me sad, I haven't lost any of my friends over losing weight. There are some acquaintances who got a little weird, but nothing crazy. I have gained some friends, from the activities I have added to my life.
-
I am also more picky, but don't know. I was shopping this weekend and had three dresses, I took pictures and sent them to my friends. But I also like looking at the picture instead of the mirror. For some reason I see myself differently in the pictures. Usually better, but this weekend, one of the dresses looked worse in…

I agree, I get a little anxious when the opposite sex pays attention and flirts, but ultimately I enjoy it. I am just not used to it. I also haven't had the issue with women either, I still have all the same friends in my life that I had 100#s ago, maybe I don't notice the bitchy women and I hope I am not one of them…

I agree, I swim because of the other health benefits of swimming, but I am so hungry on days when I swim in the morning. Other forms of exercise do not make me near as hungry.
-
I agree, I eat healthier options most of time, but I still eat the foods I love. This time around I didn't restrict myself from having anything, I just don't have it as often or as large a portion. I stopped ordering out for lunch ever day and started bringing my lunch, that right there was a big change. Saved me in…

I still occasionally have those days where I eat whatever I want, or I tell myself I can. The difference now is that I feel guilty when I do it, which makes it less enjoyable.

Give it time, people will notice. People noticed in me fairly quickly, but I lose in my face first. I was talking to a co-worker who said something to me after I lost 50 pounds. He said he didn't know how to bring it up, he didn't want to offend me. I think that happens a lot.

I love a good hug, I like to give them and love to receive them, but I am not one to initiate the hug. Weird, I know. I don't think my family was into hugging as I grew up, this has changed now, we all hug now.

When I got down to regular size and needed some new clothes, I had to take a friend with me and she just brought clothes to the dressing room. I had no idea how to dress my body. It was good to have someone else force me to try on things outside of my comfort zone.

We have that "guy", and honestly, it makes me smile.

My problem is a little different. I started at a size 22, got down to a size 8. I m now up to a 12 and working hard to get back down. People tell my I don't look like I gained any weight and that I shouldn't worry about it, you look fine. Well, if I don't worry now, I will be back to a size 20, and I certainly don't want…

Roasted - toss veggies with a little olive oil, put them in the oven at a high heat cook until desired doneness. Gives some of them a different taste - its the only way I will eat brussel sprouts

Did the same thing when training for a triathlon. I added so much cardio to my life and didn't decrease resistance training. Triathlon was over and I kept eating, but stopped the two a days....still trying to re-lose that weight after 3 more triathlons.

I don't work to close to failure every day - usually just twice a week. My rest day is usually still close to 10K steps due to walking the dog, grocery shopping, being at work. There are some days where I don't get many steps...like Sunday I only got 7K, but that was a really lazy day once I got home from a camping trip.
