I sweat a ton. For some reason if I am in the plank position, I instantly start sweating. I do 9Round Kickboxing and that one also has me drenched. It's kind of nice, our trainers will clean up the sweat you leave behind :)

This is me. I have tried strength training in the morning, but I couldn't lift the same weight as I did when I lift in the afternoon. I am not much of a morning person and to get a workout in before work, I have to be out of bed at 4:30AM. Just do what works for you.

I do overnight oats with oatmeal, protein powder, Greek yogurt, almond milk, cinnamon and a few nuts for some texture .

It was helpful to know the jewelry making trade. I fixed a lot of my own bracelets and necklaces. It was handy when I made my own when it was hard to find ones that would fit and even more helpful when I had to make them smaller.

This is me. I want to eat when I get to work, and once I start I seem to want to keep eating. So, I wait until 10:30 or so and then I am good. I take B12 and Vitamin D, only because I have a deficiency. Tried the multi vitamin, that didn't help with either. Tried the pill form of both B12 and Vitamin D, that didn't work. I have to take liquid form of both to get my levels to a normal range. Does it hurt to take the multi vitamin, probably not.

My trainer told me that either way is OK, just make sure to keep the heels down and don't let the knees go inward. I angle my feet about 30 degrees, I can go deeper into the squat that way.

I left my breakfast and lunch at home one day last week. Luckily my boss told me to go home and get it. 15 minutes each way wasn't too bad.

I do it because it helps me keep a deficit. Basically it stops the mindless evening snacks for me. Also, once I eat in the morning, I want to keep eating for some reason. If I wait to start eating until later, it cuts out a morning snack.

I never miss a Monday for working out, unless I am on vacation or sick or injured. Don't eat out more than 2-3 meals a week. (I failed at this last week)
