Did week one, day two last night. Probably should not have worked out on Tuesday, I was so sore last night! :) How is everyone else doing? I think I will do day three on Saturday. So glad we are having some beautiful weather here! Hope it doesn't get too cold by the end of November.

I am in, did day 1 last night. I have never run (does marching band 20+ years ago count?) and will be 42 before this is over - ugh! I have been "stuck" forever and am hoping this will get me through this long plateau and get rid of those last 11 lbs (and maybe a little more)!

If you have a Trader Joe's near you I love their Light Champagne Vinaigrette dressing, it has about 50 calories per serving, is low fat (5 g?) and really tastes great!
