Had baby #5 in January...need to lose 55lbs to get back to pre-baby...hoping to get there by the end of the year. Hard to diet though while breastfeeding...also in the Air Force so have to get the body back :) Thankful for the year grace period!!!

Are you taking vitamins? You may have a deficit that has increased your cravings...freeze grapes they are yummy.

If you are a stay at home mama I would suggest making yourself a schedule and get out of the house...take the kiddos to the park or for a walk. I have four kiddos and our youngest is 7mths. It is tiring!!! One day at a time, slow but steady.

You look fab!!!! How many calories are you taking in daily? I too had two babies back to back and am struggling with motivation and effort to lose weight. I still have a good 25lbs to lose.

My doctor recommends to go no lower than 1500 calories to lose weight while I am breastfeeding...some days I eat 1200-1500 calories while others I too have those hunger pains and more than I should be to lose weight. I haven't been the best at tracking what I am eating but when I do track I don't eat back the exercise…

13lbs in basically a month is awesome!!! Stay at it...we all judge others, even more so those that we love. Unless the words you hear are positive, encouraging or said to help you let them go in one ear and out the other. Forgive, let it go, and refocus on your mission to be healthier! Get it girl!

5'6" Pre-pregnancy- 186 lbs 10/14/14 delivery day- 244 lbs 3 days after delivery- 230 lbs 6 weeks postpartum- 215 lbs my baby is 2 months 3 weeks Our Violet was conceived 4 1/2 months after we had Talia so I was not yet to my pre-pregnancy weight with Talia...although I did manage to get within 10lbs after gaining 65lbs.…

Congratulations on not gaining much at all!!
