Just bought a Lovely Kona Cinder Cone for riding the downs.... it is fantastic. Am debating riding up to Uni tomorrow, and now after reading all the posts, I feel I have to!!! the only problem is the very busy dual carriage way.... I will need to map a different route tomorrow. Claire

I feel your frustration, having joined in February I lost 5 pounds in 8 weeks and then gained back 3 pounds. I have not managed to lose anymore since. I too am 5 foot 3, and weigh 168. It depends if your contsipation is a new issue or a longstanding one. If a new issues, then increase your fibre intake and water intake (ie fruits and veggies ...but not too many bananas -binding), and increase your daily excercise (ie walking etc) .
