Great work. You look so happy.

I'm excited to try this on xbox one in 2 weeks. Nice results.

Great story and NSV. Changing close sizes is the best feeling. Plus others will notice the smaller clothing I've noticed.
-
Lol. The view gets better, I agree.

Awsome job MJ! A 110 lb loss is my goal. So inspiring. Thanks for sharing.

Great job. You're doing so well. Hope I can catch up to you.

What she said. Wow from beautiful to gorgeous.

Bump. This should be a sticky at the top of the forum.

Your bmr is around 1625. If all you did was sit around and eat that many calories you should stay the same. So 1200 makes sence if your not moving.
-
Inspiring since I started similar to you and you're avout 20lb from where I am now. Keep up the good work.

Thanks. Yeah its pretty much if I got a complement she was thinking the opposite was said to her. I fully understand. With hockey season going now we are running into alot of people that haven't seen me for monthes and the responses are so motivating. I was worried she was going to get supper upset but she seems to be on…

I'm happy to report she seems to be over this hump. She is more happy these days. She has been planning and cooking meals that are good for the whole family including me. I cook too. Everything is good in bed too. I could always have more or go back for seconds, thirds,..., but I'll just take this one day at a time. I do…

Thanks for giving me your insight. She does most of her shopping alone or with the oldest. She has the time just needs to prioritize. Yes she shows me love through food. She has been awsome that way. The last few weeks have gotten better and better. Will post an update soon

Shaklee vitalizer for men. To top everthing up and make sure my body is getting everthing to run at 100%. This is a vitamin, probiotic, immune cocktail of 5 horse pills and 1 bb sized one. Honestly I can't explain how great I felt after 1 week on this. My brother in law started 4 monthes ago and he claims that he had no…

I don't doubt you could burn calories reading, it keeps your mind busy and not thinking about eating. Sitting is the most efficient way to burn fat too. So leveling your blood sugar and reducing the urge to eat suddenly don't help the eating less calories part? It's something to try. Talk to a dietitian or doctor about…

I'm the proof. Proof is that if you are shorting your bmr then you cannot be getting enough of everything your body needs. I won't hurt to supply your body everything except some extra calories. As for the cinnimon. Google that *kitten*. And also I was just stating what worked for me in response to the original post. You…

I hit a plateau in August at 40lbs (lost 10 before mfp)lost. that took a month to get out of. Basically i was getting to comfortabe with my diet and i was grazing on little snacks and not recording it. About a month later is started doing things different. Here are suggestions that worked for me. Try chai tea or adding…

About 4 monthes is what it took for everything to become habit. Habit I hate breaking. What got me serious was going for gastic bypass orientation and listening to the pre and post op(life long) diet. It was right then I said no way I'm putting myself through that and then losing my eating freedom when I'm done. I know if…
