Yes. It will be easier when I get my fitbit one but I definitely do, because I am running around a hospital or inpatient unit all day, up and down stairs constantly, and I know darn well it is exercise lol.

Nasty stuff. Worse than regular. On occasion I will let my kids drink Zevia or Blue Sky but that is very rare as well. The chemicals in diet soda though are just really bad.

mine is simple...cut into florets and then steam to retain nutrition, mash, then put in blender with some unflavored almond milk, spices (tumeric, cumin, garlic powder, salt, pepper), blend, take out and add 1/4 cup lowfat sour cream. Could add some ghee if need be. Tasty.
