If you refrigerate the fish oil it is better and you won't burp it up.

I never ate breakfast and I have been drinking a protein shake in the morning. It helps to control hunger, protein is filling. As far as binge eating, try an activity that you can't eat and do. I just use sneakers. Try less bouncing, it might help your ankles

I am by no way an expert, but it helps to control hunger and also preserves muscle when losing weight so that the weight lost is fat.

I am trying to stay under 50 g a day. I am finding it hard because I am getting bored with what I am eating. If anyone wants to add me , feel free. I would love to peak at your food journals for some ideas. I have 60 pounds to go so I could use the help.
