  • Here in the midwest they have them at Hyvee and Target, as well as Costco. They have sugar-free also. Just be careful bc one muffin has 9 grams fiber!!!!

  • I've read before (and been told by my trainer) that if you do weights before cardio, you will burn more calories during your cardio session than you would have if you did cardio first.

  • I don't know if this helps but my personal trainer says he would describe his job as lightly active. I think active would be more like the mailmen that have to walk or a server. If you aren't meeting your weight goals maybe change it to lightly active, but if you are then you are probably all good.
