Me:3 LNS:0 Streak:3 @feliciaboots I hear you on the sleep. I had less than 4 hours last night and went on an 8 mile hike with over 20 water crossings, some of them challenging with the rushing water after all the rain we’ve had.

I forgot to say my life hack. I do have an unusual one. If we are going out to eat, I will often grab an 80 calorie wheat hamburger bun out of the freezer in case I order a sandwich at the restaurant.
