It doesnt matter what you do it will kick your *kitten* up and down the street then take you to the movies. If you dont have a chin up bar than I think they used bands. It has been awhile since I did P90x and I made it to week 2 I think. lol It is rough but it is worth it.

I would add it just for the simple fact that you are keeping track of everything you do that is out of the norm. Your body is keeping track why shouldnt you? Just my two cents. And more appropiately that's what he said.
