I too, also use the oat fit oatmeal. I like the Maple and Brown Sugar one and its also only 100 calories. I alternate that with 1/2 cup of egg beaters with diced green pepper, diced onions and a slight amount of fat free diced up ham on weight watchers toast for the western sandwich deal. I had the same issue with my elliptical. I believe that on your bike it is just an "average". But MFP calculates it according to the time, the effort and "your" weight. I am now going by the MFP one.. :)
