Right now I don't have pictures and such, so I can't really do a whole lot. I set that e-mail up for this, so I'm just waiting on pictures. I rather have permission from the people I use pictures of (I don't plan on selling it, just setting up a download spot somewhere). But I would like to have permission just in case…

I'm not kidding. I set up the lay out today.

Screw nominations. Send me a pic with your birthday and I'll make a daily calendar pdf. I'll fill empty spots if I get multiple people with the same birthday, but I may as well start with that, right? Deadline: December 1st. (So I have a month to get it ready for the new year). kosuke081@gmail.com Spread the news!

Haha, before and after candid pics would make a good motivational calendar.

I aim for 2 liters of just plain water a day. I don't count things that have water in them. I'm drinking more because it's been so hot this summer, but I also like to watch my sodium intake, sometimes I need more because just the water isn't putting in other things. The main thing is, I don't count liquid that has a lot of…

Thanks everyone. I might get a multivitamin, but I'll wait for now. Still going to take the vitamin d since I've been tested and it is low, but it's good information.

Yay. Friend requests sent! About to post a blog entry about Dr Who so yeah...I'm pretty much a goner when it comes to nerd stuff...

I'm not stalking you, I just happen to be everywhere you're at hiding behind a bush or a table and looking in your general direction.

You can have mine. They're natural and I don't want them. :D

Zoom out! Zoom out! We want to see more of this awesomeness.

Oh so true! You make me want to go get a gun right now! :D

Anyone ever read "A Trekkie's Tale," Mary Sue much?

My depression is much more manageable when I exercise and when I'm in better shape. I take medication for mine, but a good workout helps me on bad days. You just have to take the hard step of actually getting up. Good luck on beating depression and on your weight loss!

Body weight halved in ounces is what my mom taught me, so I'm glad to see this is what others have said. Minimum I've been trying for since I got on this site is 2 liters (2.1 quarts). I try to drink that at work, then maybe another half liter when I get home.

For some reason I forgot I made this post. Friend requests are being sent. Woot! I've uploaded some of my cosplays to my profile, but I deliberately picked the ones I looked heaviest in so I can get some good after pictures. :D

Youtube. I do the old 8-min abs/legs/whatever videos. There are lots of cardio videos there as well that you can do without equipment. I love them because I don't like having to drive somewhere just to exercise.

I went off sugar for a month with my family. The first week was extremely difficult, and the last couple of days were hard as well. But the cravings did fade. Just try not to replace say, a sugar addiction for a sodium one (I have to watch my salt intake now that I don't eat as much sugar). However, after that month, my…

I had to work myself back into plain water. It took some time, while on the way I did sugar free on the go packets (Like crystal light, but the off brands). Plain water is still best, but adding flavor helped me get used to it again. Also, if you put some fruit slices into the water, that can help a lot. I like adding…

Clothing size is just a number. I wear anywhere from a 12-16 depending on the brand. I have some size 14 pants that I can pull off without unbuttoning them, and a size 16 skirt that's tight on me. Really, don't worry about the number. I'm sure you've lost a pant size or 80 :). Go buy some cute clothes and rock it!

I don't have much to add to what's been said, but by counting calories I've learned portion sizes. I know what I log isn't exact (even though I do try), but I'm moving more and eating less because the calorie counting taught me what I should be trying to do to lose weight. I may not have to count calories for my entire…

With MFP down, we're all going a bit nuts. Still, I've seen tumblr go down and my friends go bat crap crazy. That gets interesting. :D

I have an 8-5 job with an hour long lunch, so I usually take half my lunch and dedicate that to exercising. Luckily I work in a file room by myself, so I turn off the lights and change into some b-ball shorts and then pull up 8 min youtube videos (three of them) and run through them, I always try to include at least one…

Make sure you're drinking lots of water while you're gone. Sometimes your body mistakes being thirsty for being hungry, and you'll eat too much. Let yourself indulge on the fruits, you're on vacation after all! But as long as you're drinking the right amount of water and still exercising, your calorie intake won't be too…

I'd keep eating at least 1200 calories a day. Try exercising a little bit more or do weight training to tone the muscles you have. Muscles burn fat, and if you're not consuming enough calories, you can't build muscles. Also, if you're not eating enough, your body will store every bit of fat it gets, since it won't be sure…

Start simple. It's a lot to take in. One thing at a time. Cardio is a great starting point! Good luck!
