I had a gain today no surprise. So I'm 15.6 lbs from my goal, I was so hoping to have met it by Friday this week. For some reason the system wouldn't let me update my weight for today. I'll try again tomorrow.

WoW, thank you for the nice welcome. I think it may have something to do with menopause. I have my yearly appointment Oct 3rd. Yesterday when I went to the gym, had a meltdown. I usually run for 3 miles yesterday my body hurt so much I couldn't do it. I haven't updated my MFP profile because I was too depressed to add a…

Can I post here? I'll be 50 this Friday (Aug 29th). I'm feeling blue because I started my new adventure of losing weight March '11. I was 202.4 the day I walked in Weight Watchers. I love it! Since I have cut out pasta/bread I eat a lot of spaghetti squash. I have about 5 different cassroles that I make with it. I then have it through out the week. Great for a quick heat them up meal after a long a day and the gym in the evenings.

I'm fighting to stay on track so I will enjoy my CHRISTmas goodies starting next week. On days that I don't have anywhere to go I'll continue my program and the gym. I think once I have my fill, I'll be sick of it and be happy to get back on track...it's just once a year.

You are so right. I have my 202 lbs picture with me every day in my purse. I pull it out when we are out to eat to remind me that I ever want to see myself like that again. It helps pick the healthy choices and it also feels so good to see those 46 lbs gone!

I total agree with you. I have lost 46 lbs and wished I had been strength training before now. I enjoy it and hoping to see my mid-section slim down soon.

I agree my problem is all the CHRISTmas goodies to eat.
