I started doing Keto right before Christmas and LOVE IT as I no longer have the brain fog that I've been struggling with the past couple of years! I haven't lost any real weight yet as I wanted to put myself into ketosis firs, now that I'm on it I'm now focusing on actual weight loss. Feel free to add me!!

Haha! You'd probably be surprised at how many people gauge their progress by clothes...and underwear! Mine is my Banarepublic Bootcut jeans...I have a slim, OK, and fat pair. The fat pair I no longer wear and the OK pair are fitting a little snug. I'm making progress :)
