oooo that's a good one! sometimes if I'm having a good day and feel myself wanting to just "throw in the towel" i'll log my meal as i want to eat it, then see all the sodium, fat, calories etc add up at the bottom of my food diary. Ok here are my loves (LOL): 1. Half cup strawberries w/a wedge of laughing cow swiss cheese 2.Rice cakes with half tablespoon of peanutbutter (and sometimes some orange marmalade) 3. Think Thin Fudge bar (it's got a lot of protein and keeps you fuller longer) 4. Cheese stick 2% mozzerella

Here's a water tip (that works for me at least) I fill ONE 32 ounce bottle and TWO 20 ounce bottles the night before. I take all of them to work with me and drink them all before the days end. Then once I go home I fill one of the water bottles up again and drink that... This might help those that are in need to drink…

How about a daily challenge of getting up from your working area once an hour for 5 minutes. Taking a quick 5 minute walk hourly will help clear the mind, reduce stress, and keep motivation alive. I think??? :smile:

I'm glad you found MFP. It is a really great site. I friended you! I started out just doing .5 pounds a week to give me enough calories where I didn't feel hungry. Maybe try slow and that will help. Take it slow and be patient (I have to tell myself that daily) and you'll win the race ... :wink:
