Find what works for YOU. Everyone is different and different things work for different people. Feel free to experiment and try different things after researching them. Joined a 24 hr gym and love the flexibility of going anytime. Inexpensive also. Better equipment and well maintained

ALWAYS eat breakfast==with some protein--helps maintain my blood sugar at a constant level Ive lost 33 lbs Don't always eat lunch usually just a carb/protein snack

Sometimes our bodies have to adjust to a drop in calories. If you go from 1600 to 1400 you might feel hungry at first because your body expects more. After a short period of time you get used to the lower amount and less hungry. Maybe going down in 20-50 calorie increments for a couple of weeks would help.

a1c is a blood sugar test that gives you a blood glucose reading for the past three months. More long term accurate than daily testing. Any number under 7.0 is good under 6.0 is excellent

Try spinach or plain low fat cheese. Also Turkey bacon is good

Some times it is good to go on a temporary "diet" Good to knock out a quick 5-10 lbs. But just as important to keep in mind lifestyle changes are necessary to keep the weight off.
