I am going to make Italian pork chops and vinegar peppers with roasted potatoes - I have loin chops, boneless, and will brown them in evoo seasoned with some Sazonador Total and salt and pepper and serve them with the vinegar peppers over them and roasted potatoes tossed in evoo with seasonings.

good points - thank you! I think I will add in the stairs as I am on the 5th floor and have been taking the elevator since I fell off the fitness wagon. :frown:
