I'm another, emergency c-section 7 years ago. I gained 70lbs during pregnancy which took me 4 years to lose 53lbs, just with very small lifestyle changes. Like other's have said the scar area has little sensation but for those who have not long had one the scar does improve, mine was like a red rope and now is barely…

lol sadly yes! 30g of cereal is a very sorry sight indeed, it kind of helps to see how we all managed to go so off track when you weigh some of the food though, not that I do much I find it far too depressing weighing out my food.
-
Seriously well done gives me a lot of hope to see what can be done x

This is really interesting and glad to know others have similar sleep patterns. I'm physically energetic, I cycle 6 miles each way to work, it's just a real struggle to focus mentally if that makes sense.

You have just inspired me to buy some home weights! Used to do body pump a few years ago and loved it, can't afford or fit the gym into life anymore but wow you look hot x

I like the Nimble, not as see through as the Weight Watchers bread. I did buy Weight Watchers Pitta Breads though and they were nice, not sure how much I saved in the calorie department.

So sorry to hear you're under such stress. I respect your decision to stay with your marriage but please don't lose yourself in this situation. My ex and I are great friends, we have a 6 year old together but he sounds just like your husband and after 6 years I wasn't prepared to be devalued any longer, that was over 2…

Hmmm yeah all of the leggings/shorts I own are black. As already mentioned Wiggles always worth a look, I recently bought a few tops from Dare2b sale and am really pleased with them got a nice blue one and a pink one. My struggle is ladies padded shorts, I just can't get along with them at all!
