I jog in place for at least a half hour each day. I also make a course through my house and run, up the hallways, in and out of all the rooms. I work up a nice sweat and it allows me to run/walk while still in the comfort of my nice cool home:-) I also have a step down livingroom so I use that for step exercises.

I drink 4-5 16 oz bottles of water per day. I keep two or three of them in the freezer and as I empty one I take one out of the freezer to thaw a bit. That way I have cold water all day long:-)

So far today I have gone on a mile jog and then ran in place in my living room for an additional hour, for a total of 5.33 miles today. I am going to a bbq tonight and I want to make sure I can afford all those calories so I'm loading up on the exercise today:-)

It will definitely burn plenty!! I can't always get out to the park for the running/walking paths so I just bought a pedometer and I make sure that I log in 15,000 steps a day, which equals about 7 miles of walking. Once every hour or so I jog in place for at least 15 minutes to rev up the metabolism. It's been working…

I jog in place each day and there is an actual log in for running/jogging in place:-)

Very sad to hear of her passing. I wish she could have gotten the help that she so desperately needed. The London Police are saying that her death was an apparent overdose. What a waste of a beautiful voice.

I'd say your moment was a lot of things but *not* an nsv.

I've been having problems with the sodium as well. My levels were going crazy. I finally figured out that if I eat more fresh vegetables and less processed foods I can keep those sodium levels at around the 800 mark; pretty awesome considering they had been reaching almost 3000 on some days. Also, I eat my three main meals…

I completely agree with you guys! This website is for *everyones* fitness goals. Not just for those of us who need to lose weight. I plan on staying on this site long after I lose all the weight I need to lose so that I can keep track of my food, continue with the responsible eating habits I have now. Each person on this…

I don't eat back the calories I burn. I make sure to stick to the 1200 calories allotted me during the day. That way I'm not tempted to eat more:-) I guess some people add random exercise just so they can eat more but most people are a little more dedicated to their goals:-)
-
Also, I don't list the normal activities I do each day like normal cleaning etc, but if I find myself doing excessive cleaning or moving furniture I do add those calories, especially if it is work that makes me sweat more than I normally do.
-
I do and I list them under calisthenics. It comes up on the exercise list:-)

I'm amazed that you can make it through the day not eating till 7 pm!! I'd be starving by noon:-) I think that eating smaller meals throughout the day should kick start your metabolism nicely.

I just checked the taco bell website and asked my daughter, who works at taco bell and both say that the calories for the entire fresco chicken taco is 150 calories.

I eat kelloggs Special K. The serving size is 1 cup to 1 1/4 cup:-)

Do you know how much maple syrup you would have to pour on your pancakes for that 1/4 cup??? 1/4 is alot of syrup! I use about a tablespoon of syrup for my pancake:-)

I don't think it would look odd at all if you took a quick lap round the office! In fact, you might even get others up and moving a bit. I'm a stay at home mom, but every hour I stop what I'm doing and jog in place for 15 minutes:-)

Dannon fat free yogurt with fresh fruit diced into it:-)

I went over and took a look at your diary and what I saw was a very healthy diet. Yes, you're under calories but what you're eating is healthy. The only thing I could even possibly suggest is maybe adding another snack or two somewhere in between meals. Maybe another yogurt or perhaps a couple pieces of fruit. Maybe you're…

I do walking as my primary exercise and I have lost almost 60 lbs since November. About four days ago, I bought a pedometer and made it a goal to walk 15,000 steps every day, which is about 7 miles. Every hour I jog in place for about 5-10 minutes, to boost my metabolism. I have lost two pounds since I started doing that…

I log in every ingredient individually the first time and then add it to my saved meals and recipes. It's a pain the first time but after that it's just a matter of clicking on the saved meal:-)

Quite a few people on MFP zig zag their calories and have a lot of success losing weight that way. If you eat under 1200 calories one day eat a few more the next day, just make sure that at the end of the week you have averaged 1200 calories a day. I've been trying that myself and it seems to work well. The theory is that…

Definitely change your activity level to show that you are active.

I have the same problem so I keep quite a few snacks around the house. I always have light fat free yoplait yogurt on hand. It's 100 calories and low in sodium. I also like the 90 calorie quaker chewy granola bars at night. I also keep microwave popcorn on hand, the kind without added salt and butter. It makes a great…

We had one in the exact same spot:-)

I knew you had those removed but I miss the beauty mark (mole) that you had right above your lip:-)
-
Did you photo shop your beauty mark away? It's not in the after picture either:-(
-
You look great!!! Keep it up:-)

Definitely go by the morning weigh in. Weight fluctuates throughout the day and throughout the week so it's important to pick one specific time each day to weigh yourself. Don't get discouraged if your weight changes during the day:-)
-
I think that if you do a few extra work outs, they will even out the overage on your calorie intake. After all, at the end of the week, your body doesn't know what day you ate the calories, it just knows if you burned enough calories to make up the difference:-)
