I'm 21 weeks and So far I've gained 4kgs ( the doctor weighs in kgs, and I don't have scales at home). That's about 8.8lbs if I'm correct? The last few weeks I seem to have forgotten healthy eating, so am trying to get back to healthy. Not dieting, but maybe eat a salad or a jacket potato for dinner ever so often 😂

I had a good weight loss week, with only 1 fast day. I lost 1.4kg . I did 1 strict fast day , and kept the rest of the days at about 1400cals. I had a busy week so that was easy to do. Confession ; If I'm having a bad day, and don't input my calories in MFP, then the calories don't count. Or I just won't count them after breakfast and end my day there- MFP then moans at me for not eating enough
