I really hate it when people log normal activities that arent deliberate exercise. Especially if they're going to eat them back. Its ridiculous.

I leave my house at 630 and get in at 830. I wake up at 430 to work out. Still get my 7 hours sleep. Sometimes, like if i've worked more than 6 days in a row, i find it SO hard to wake up.. but generally i've got used to it.

I've lost 32lbs and haven't gone down 2 sizes yet. But in the past couple of weeks i've added more weight training into my routine (doing ripped in 30 aswell as cardio) and my jeans are already a lot looser. So helps if you're working out well aswell.

Waalaikum salaam. Im planning on doing exercise just before I go to bed after I've broken the fast. And yeah 15 mins will help I sometimes exercise for 15 mins a day and I still lose weight. The only problem is its going to be hard to lose weight when eating so late at night

Double the amount of cardio you're already doing. . Get that heart rate up. No more strength. Stay well within your calories and don't eat after 7pm. Good luck.. after you've done these few days carry on going slow!

I know things like squats and deadlifts work.. but I think there are some exercises that work your butt but dont necessarily build it.

I've always had the same from family are friends. Best way to be is act business as usual and just dont talk about Weight and stuff with them. They'll get bored of making comments.. just use your friends on mfp for motivation!

Best way to learn how to use weights is to look at YouTube videos so you can watch the techniques done properly as it's hard to explain how to do things writing them down. And don't be nervous, people in gyms don't really pay attention to anyone else so don't feel self conscious

This is no help to you but thought id mention last night I binged and ate a curry and rice with 2 naans and a glass of coke and still lost 0.75lbs over night. Cant work it out either

As long as I really push myself on the cardio and dont do too much strength. When I did the 30 day shred even though I was eating SO well I didn't lose weight. I only ever lost weight on it if I did about 15mins on treadmill aswell. In general though I think its mostly about the diet.. exercise just gives you more health…
