I've been putting off buying a dress for my friends wedding, and today I finally bought one two sizes smaller than the last time I bought a dress! I picked out a couple size 16 dresses to try on and they were loose so I grabbed size 14 feeling pretty happy about the smaller size and they were still a little big. I didn't…

Goal is 130-140 lbs, currently 161 lbs, 5'3", eating 1300 calories/day (eat exercise calories back). I try to focus on getting enough protein and monitoring fat rather than specifically paying attention to carbs. Last few months I've lost about 5 lbs/month.

I had toast with cream cheese and raspberries this morning.

As others have said. It won't set you back if you adjust your calories accordingly. I've found only the first day to be bad enough to skip exercise and otherwise at least going for a walk makes the pain lessen or go away. Sometimes I really just want to lay on the couch all day but when I get up and exercise I always feel…

When I decided to lose weight my husband was also overweight, but not as much as I was. He wanted to lose some but didn't want to put in any effort. He puts in a lot of screen time for work too. He wont exercise or count calories, but he relies on me to cook for the most part so I sort of log his calories for him and have…

Two NSV for me today. I tried on a pair of pants from high school and was able to get them on just not button them but getting closer. Second, a friend I haven't seen in about 10 months randomly face timed me and immediately exclaimed that my face looked so skinny and asked how I'd been losing weight.

Plain greek yogurt with vanilla protein powder mixed in as well as kashi go lean crunch berry flavored cereal for me. My husband got to have fudge swirled vanilla ice cream with chopped up peanut butter cups though.

Made pulled buffalo chicken in the crockpot. Then decided to make some pizza dough so I could have buffalo chicken pizza.
-
Ketchup, ranch, peanut butter

I did add an egg and some onions, never thought of carrots and zucchini. Good way to sneak my husband extra veggies. Thanks for the idea.
