Hey Kristin! Like you, I'm almost 30 (well, actually it's like 6 months away)... but I have a lot more than 30 pounds to lose! I too have fallen off the wagon several times, in fact just recently when I was on vacation. The food and exercise log really helped to put me back on track!

I'm 29, single, never married, and no kids either. I don't even have a pet! I'm new here on MFP and new to fitness overall. Just joined a gym and hoping I'll find support and motivation on here to keep going. It would be great to get started with some friend requests. Add me. :)

You're so right about building new habits. I definitely am the type to say "oh, I don't feel like working out today. I'll do it tomorrow".... and then tomorrow will come and I might tell myself the same thing. This time around, I don't want to fail. Thanks for the advice. :)
