I got a really cute "maternity" tankini at target. I like the maternity ones because they dont cling to your tummy =) and you would never know it was unless you were pregnant to fill it out! good luck!

Just keep walking and eating right. I felt the same way in the beginning, I just kept moving and now I cant stop. It will happen, your body and mind will make that shift...so dont give up!!! :flowerforyou:

i usually google a healthy version of what i want to make and then adjust it the way i like it =)

try tracking your sodium and sugar too...they can be killers. you are doing great =)

I do bikram yoga 2 to 3 times a week usually and have seen a great difference...feels great too =) I burn about 500-600 calories in a 90 min class( HRM)

start with just a walk. The more you do it, the more you will want to do it...good luck! =)

its perfectly fine to have chocolate, everyday if you want. just work it in to your day and stop beating yourself up about it. =)
