It is so easy here, under recipes, you and build your own and # of servings and it tells you everything. I love this also because I have been able to adjust some of my recipes to make them healthier. good luck!

it looks pretty good! it looks like you are eating way to few calories on most days though...that will only hurt your results, I would track your sodium too though...it can be a killer :smile:

i currently keep my dogs outside when we are gone. but I used to keep my dog that passed away in the house for up to 10 hours sometimes and she was so good! I guess it depends on how well behaved your dog is...but I imagine they would rather have room to roam than be locked in a crate all day...wouldn't you? :wink:

they are good for you, but I think they are high in cholesterol if you eat a lot of them. I give them to my dog sometimes, because my vet said they are good for his coat. (in moderation=) if you have a dog...lol

i am not sure why, but it happens to me too. On my running days I have to force myself to eat...maybe I should run everyday. :laugh:

i put a little chili powder, pepper, garlic and Italian seasoning...sometimes i puree sun dried tomatoes and add them too. hope this helps!

lmao! I save them and when I run or walk, I zig zag all over the place to avoid hitting them and snails...I feel like such a dork, but I hate when I accidentally squish one...lol
