Why am I hungrier on non exercise days

I seem to be starving on my non exercise days, and not that hungry except at breakfast and right before dinner if at all on my exercise days. I just wwondering why that it?

I eat part/most of my workout calories, so on days I don't work out, I'm eating less. I usually only rest 1 day a week, so my body's used to more calories. I get hungrier on days I'm not working out too!0

i am not sure why, but it happens to me too. On my running days I have to force myself to eat...maybe I should run everyday. :laugh:0

exercise actually helps to stop hunger, that's why you aren't as hungry when you work out.0

Probably for two reasons:
-Exercise temporarily suppresses appetite
-Your muscles are still repairing the damage you did to them for up to 48 hours post-exercise, so they are in higher need of the right nutrients to rebuild0
