Thank you everyone for the advice! I think the consensus is that I will be changing my work out, maybe doing running instead of biking so much and doing plyametrics instead of p90x cardio. Strength training is hard for me because I am not a member of a gym so I don't have any weights to lift, maybe do some push-up's!…

wow just checked my report on iron for the last 30days and it has dropped a ton! I will try and eat more iron and see if I warm up! thanks for the tip.

Wow thanks everyone and I guess they should give us myfitnesspal sweat shirts when we lose so much weight now that were always cold! I'm glad there isn't anything wrong with me :)

Thanks everyone for the advice, I went ahead and put the calories in, lucky for me I skied for 5 hours and gained back 2200 calories so I didn't over do it!
