45 to go. Would love to be there before end of March when I will be seeing my best friend (and she doesn't know I'm on this journey). But I know even if I'm just close then I'll still surprise her with the new me!

Mint. When I lived with my sister and I'd go on a 'diet' I would ask her to make her brownies with mint in them or on them so I'd leave them alone.

My friends and I were talking about getting rid of all our clothes after you go down a few sizes. We both agreed that doesn't count for t-shirts. I said I'd find out how to modify the shirt before I'd ever give away my weeping angel or my TARDIS t-shirt! I guess if I get too small I'll make throw pillows out of them!

LOL..I was giving her an idea..that's why I followed it up with whatever is recommended. I'm no expert I just wanted her to see that breaking it down into basics instead of jumping into recipes might be easier for her mom. Didn't mean to set anyone off.

Cool. you should come visit me. I live in a building that used to be a hospital in the 1900s. I'm sure there are dead people here hanging out with me. I think one is even chained to a bed and is dragging it across the floor (upstairs) to reach the door.

This. Now that i know this...I'm succeeding. I always failed thinking I had to starve myself, go on a fad diet, or deprive myself. Now I'm happy eating what I want, exercising and strength training. I love it. All thanks to MFP and the people on here I finally heard loud and clear!
