Well I've decided to lower my ticker to 118 only because I want to get the last of the cellulite off the back of my legs and the last of the fat off my back. It should be gone by Friday (Going hard at the gym and eating very clean and lean)

I'm from Michigan and I hate it when it snows. I got slapped with a few snow flakes last night and that gave me the reminder that it was that time of year again. I never got used to it even though I am born an raised here. As soon as i'm finished with school, my plan is to run like hell out of here.

Him trying to force feed you food is to me.... Controlling behavior! The way that he's acting is like he has no respect for what your trying to accomplish and is willing to take measures to destroy your attempts. Sounds like you got a rough road ahead.

You can not spot reduce (True) but you can sculpt your body in such a way that you'll have flat belly or rock hard abs, lovely built womanly legs, definitioned back, and toned beautiful arms. Along with that is eating healthy, drinking water, and exercise. Everyone's outcome will be different but good luck to everyone.

Stay away from all bread, white pasta's, potatoes, stuffing, and lowers your carbs a bit! I did and look at me now: People say you can't spot areas specifically but yes you can in a way. Stay away from bread, stuffing, and potatoes. Drink plenty of water and doing lots of lower abs exercises like (leg lifts and knee chests)

Hello all! I am trying to maintain 119 weight but I want to loss more fat mass with muscle mass. I know my weight will fluctuate meanwhile but basically I'm maintaining the weight. It's not easy but I know that we can do it=)

Thanks y'all! For those who don't know me, I have been on a very strict diet only allowing me to eat chicken, , eggs, wheat noodles, turkey, fish, brown rice, veggies, grapefruit, and apples. Maybe me low carbing and eating like that made me lose my mind for a minute. It's only for 30days and then I can go back to eating…
